You hold the key to unlocking additional cash to support your local radio station. That means, it is YOUR responsibility as the seller to make sure that payment gets to the station in a timely manner.
Here are three things to remember to help you do this:
1) Make sure the buyer pays by cashier's check, money order or personal check only.
2) Make sure that the payee listed is the name of the station. If they make payment out to you by mistake, it will be YOUR responsibility to deposit the payment and send another check to the organization.
3) Make sure you drop payment in the mail as soon as you receive it.
